<p><font size="3"><b>就算沒藥 有下藥動作就能止痛 </b></font></p>
<p><!-- google_ad_section_start --><p class="first">美國一項研究發現，患者身體出現疼痛時，有時不一定要用藥，醫師只要讓患者感覺好像有接受治療，疼痛症狀就會緩解。舉例來說，患者手術後往往需要使用止痛藥止痛，當患者使用自控式止痛給藥機器時，若讓患者相信按一下按鈕就可以止痛，就算沒有藥物進入血液循環，也同樣可以達到止痛效果。</p>
<p>美國科羅拉多大學波德分校研究團隊指出，重點在於，患者需要花一點時間相信安慰劑可以發揮治療效果，研究人員以四個療程時間讓患者相信安慰劑可以止痛，就算後來知道療程是假的，患者疼痛現象還是可以緩解。但如果只治療一個療程就馬上告知患者療程是假的，安慰劑效果就無法持續下去。</p>
<p>這項研究已發表於《疼痛期刊》（The Journal of Pain）。</p>
<p>研究人員認為，醫療人員進行疼痛治療時，若多強調、暗示治療可以發揮很好效果、幫助提升預後復原情況，同樣也可以發揮止痛安慰劑效果。</p>
<p>研究作者解釋，在這次研究中發現，患者不但要相信治療有效果，且需要一段時間體驗，感覺自己真的好轉，等大腦對治療有所回應，安慰劑效果才會持續下去。此時就算知道療程不是真的，大腦還是會持續對治療產生反應。</p>
<p>研究作者表示，這項做法未來可以應用於兒童或可能對止痛藥上癮的族群。以兒童來說，先讓兒童感覺藥物發揮效果，然後中途撤掉藥物，改成使用安慰劑，讓兒童繼續使用安慰劑，效果就會持續下去。</p>
